The series sure had its flaws - the script wasn't very consistent, with some episodes lacking content and progress, while the final episode was overloaded and left many questions unanswered. I still liked it. The actors are talented, not only, but especially Kaleb and Axl. Unfortunately the script and maybe the director didn't allow them to show their full skills. Maybe there'll be a second season, with a better script, and better chances for the actors to shine. Cinematography and sound were better than in most Pinoy low budget productions. The best thing - like in many Pinoy series - was the beautiful OST. I also appreciate that English subs were there at the premiere in most episodes, or at the latest the next day.
Someone said three weeks ago Jethro was unlikable, and Mario insecure. Still the same after ep 4 The producer says "a new character arrives". I wouldn't call a few seconds of Ron Angeles in a bathtub the arrival of a new "character". I'd rather call it false pretences.
It feels great to have expectations MET for a change. The end credits are everything. If you're feeling blue waiting…
I usually force myself not to expect anything before a first episode so that I can't be disappointed. For once, I did expect a lot this time, and I wasn't disappointed at all. I'm happy, too, and I'm excited for the coming episodes.
Wait, I’m so confused. First episode and we already have 236 users give their ratings, and 3 reviews. I feel…
MDL offers the opportunity to review every single episode, so why shouldn't people do that? It happens with all major series, and there are users who decide whether to watch the series or not after reading episode reviews. I think it's okay to have an extra section for longer reviews than writing them in the comment section to avoid spoilers here. Ratings also refer to this episode only, and they may and will change with more episodes released.
This is a fluffy, nice little entertaining series with a bunch of handsome guys. To the people who are complaining about this and that, I ask them, why do they keep watching it?
I like the acting and the story - except the final minutes. Not so sure about the message: you go on lying and everything's fine? Still worth watching. Love Bas.
