What is happening to Bas and Kaprao (sexual harassment by their superior) and what is happening to Ait and James (being forced to hide their relationship) are two sides of the same coin. They are all victims of the same system, which is the topic of this show. This is not a love story. It is very hard to watch, thanks to a great extent to Michael's amazing acting, but also as we are reminded in the credits that this is not fiction.
The parcing for me was better in this episode. For the record, I think most people don't like the overextended…
It was okay that the complete episode focused on Phob and Nut, but unfortunately it felt like two different persons had written the script. Up to the kiss (the first one) it was very naturalistic, the awkwardness of the situation when they haven't heard from each other for 4 years, there are so many questions you would like to ask but don't dare, Are you going to hurt the other person if you are too direct? That was very well done. Everything after their first night just didn't feel right, like you said. Strangely bloodless.
I like it because it isn't set in college, nobody died despite all the serious injuries, there are no shrieking BL-fans and no evil exes. Kaitoon and Non are lovable, and as Einstein probably said, the bad guy will be turned into a good guy by the example of a good guy, or something like that. I enjoyed it. It was good fun.
Wonderful, wonderful! They are still going to be in contact. Reb has acknowledged that he needs to mature, JM…
That was exactly how I felt when I saw the question mark. This was such a beautiful and well-acted series, but we've been disappointed with a season 2 so often. I would like to see Iyo and Yves again, maybe together, but rather in a new project.
I'd like to give this series a full 10 for the important message and the amazing acting of Michael, Daniel and even Benz. But I can't because too much screentime is wasted on the side plot of James-Ait-Marco. That said, the show is still way better than most others.
This is what I like about Japanese BL that when it comes to emotions, it is raw, rustic, no fillers. If they want…
" Is less than 30 minutes per episode enought? I believe so. Any longer than that, it will be too heavy to watch." - I absolutely agree! This is simply amazing.
Will they ever learn a) that playing football is so damn dangerous someone will be seriously hurt, b) kissing in the nurse's office is always spilt by someone, c) kissing a guy maens you love girls, and d) falling for a bodyguard is a foolish thing to do. - Okay, 2 episodes left. I only hope there will be a lot of Bank in them.
I want to love this series, because Michael's amazing acting and Daniel's cuteness and voice make it worth watching. But then the script says "Bas stands up and has 30 seconds to aim at Marco so that his puke doesn't miss his beautiful face", which is just ridiculous, as is part of the car scene and the confrontation of James, Marco and Ait, and that spoils it for me. And wth does poor Marco have to take the beating Tee deserves?
Only one episode left. I want to see more from these incredible actors, but maybe in anther project, because after the complete disaster Why Love Why 2 has turned into, I'm fed up with sequels.
