and yes it did take me two months to finish the last two episodes
just completed watching Meet My Angel. Just the other way round. Low budget too, but getting better from episode to episode, Only three actors, but real actors, a beautiful ost and script.

Congrats. Couldn't persuade myself to endure the pain watching this. Dropped it after 2 episodes, gave it a second chance, dropped it for good after ep 4, because it didn't get better, got even worse. I wonder if there was a script at all.
This movie touched my heart. Earned Elijah Canlas dservedly best actor awards internationally (Rome,Italy) and nationally. Unbelievable acting. I usually don't like black and white movies, but this one needed to be shot that way. Although concentrating on Kalel's story, it lays open the brutal reality within society and esp. Catholic church for outcasts like HIV infected persons.
Producer and scriptwriter seem to be Bob Dylan aficionados. When Ben enters the bar in ep 6, behind Jim there is a poster with Dylan lyrics "There is a time for everything and a season for every activity under heaven...". Val's beautiful monologue in ep 7 is a variation of those lyrics: "Everything has its timing..." I like season 2 more than most commentators here, because I appreciate it includes many colours of the rainbow, and the different struggles of their representatives. I also like Miko and Royce playing parts with a meaning, and I think the skills of all actors are better than in many series.
This is the kind of series that makes me frustrated because I love the concept, but find the execution lacking…
I agree with every word you say. Was about to drop this series after first/second episode, but Enzo and especially Kaleb's acting has made me stick to it.
this series is getting better from week to week. mix acting is amazing, can't believe it's his debut. khaotung so much improved compared with that crappy Tonhon Chon. great cinematography too.
Guys, can someone please explain to me whether this is one language that consists of English words/sentences and…
Filipino is a language that consists of a local language, Tagalog, plus English and Spanish words. As there are many languages in the Philippines, the government decided to create a national language to be understood by everyone. Spanish had been the official language during the time of Spanish colony, American English was spoken by many during the time of US occupation.
If some other company had produced this, it would have been 13 episodes of 45 minutes, which adds up to 585 minutes of wasted time until they woke up naked together. This was only 45 minutes of wasted time, and that's okay if you have nothing else to do. At least, some nice scenery and cute actors. Give them some training and a better script, and a little more time (maybe not 585 minutes though), and you may get a nice series.
Sometimes it's better not to do a sequel. The poor script seems to have badly influenced the acting of most actors (except Gulf maybe who should move on to other projects to prove his talent). In some scenes Mew reminded me of the stiff performance of 1920s silent-movie actors. The Fiat-subplot was so much weaker than the Lhong story in TT1 which added some nice twists and some suspense.
Finally watched the whole series, even the eps without eng subs. I liked the original idea of the plot (kind of culture clash). also production and setting, bearing in mind the trouble caused by the hurricane. Acting was quite okay, esp. the main couple has quite a potential. If they do another project, let's hope it won't be damaged by outer circumstances again. Good luck to PaulKen who seem to be involved in the production as well. Two very beautiul songs by Spencer Geronimo.
