Yes, she’s a strong character. I’m still amazed that she’s able to accept supernatural beings so easily. Maybe, she already knew in heart that they exist.

About the compensation: Lee Yeon was angry for being tricked and was ready to punish her. However, Ji-ah destroyed the evidence of his secret and sincerely apologised to him for her actions. She also promised to not to poke in his life or his world after she finds the truth about her parents. That probably made him soften toward her.
I think both episodes are very good. The first episode was like an introduction to this drama world. The second episode unfolded the story and gave direction to the plot. However, both are fast paced and very engaging.

Lee (이) or Kim (김) is the most common family name used in Korea (North & South). King Lee Seong-gye established the Joseon dynasty so it is obvious to use ‘Lee’ family name for the royal family members (even the fictional Joseon kings). It has nothing to do with the Royal family of Joseon.

If the plot remains engaging without adding any unnecessary cliché, it will definitely achieve double digit rating in South Korea. It already started strong with an average of 6.5%.

Actually, I first saw her in 'My Strange Hero' but I dropped that drama because I was not interested in the story. But here, her character is smart & brave. I am very pleased that she is not giving up on her parents and doing everything in her power to find them.
