jisung? no, his main focus the whole time is to figure out what really happened to his friend and who got him addicted to the drug and why the two appear to be connected. he never deals and tries to get off them as well.

I don’t know if I necessarily think she’s in a mental hospital, but there’s definitely something psychological happening. I do think she’s seeing things and having delusions and paranoia. And I do think there are people around her who may not actually be there.
