what a wild ride this drama was!! it started as 'friends to lovers,' takes a sharp detour into 'enemies to lovers,' and then flips back again—talk about relationship rollercoasters! The show might take its sweet time warming up, but stick around because episode 8 brings an epic genre twist that totally pays off.

Park Yoon Ho delivered an outstanding performance. While I’d rate the series an 8/10 overall, his acting truly stood out and made it worthwhile and his character was by far my favorite.
As a fujoshi who loves strong bromantic relationships in Korean dramas, I went into Beyond Evil expecting it to have a vibe similar to The Devil Judge, which many people said it would. While Beyond Evil does have some interesting dynamics between the male leads, it’s not as bromance-heavy or emotionally intense as I hoped.
That said, the show is still really good but it’s not better than The Devil Judge when it comes to overall impact IMO.
