Park Sunghoon is so very charismatic and handsome. Make him do a proper romcom and everyone will be falling at…
I agree! He needs a main lead role. I don't care if he plays the bad guy... I just want to see him play a role with great character development. He's really handsome to not play main male lead. :)
I can’t believe I’m gonna say this by BoA and her character completely ruined the drama for me. I have never dreaded this show up until her appearance. And now she won’t go away.
The rating has gone up from 8.2 to 8.5 on MDL. The Starry Love is by far the best C-drama of 2023! If you disagree, give me some good recommendations (2022-2023 cdramas) while I wait!!! :D
I really like this lakorn so far. Everyone's acting is very good. I especially love the OSTs! Whenever they play the OSTs over Time's sorrowful scenes, I can't help but want to cry.
Despite the cliché storyline, I found myself sympathizing with the characters. I enjoyed their acting and the storyline. It was a fun drama to watch imo.
I was truly hoping to see a scene of Kangmoo and Sooho fist bumping once again reminding Kangmoo of their past encounter and how Sooho saved him. Because he was so determined to arrest/kill Sooho in previous episodes.
I also wanted to see where the hostages have gone. If Gwangtae and Seoulhui got together.
It was a shocker to me that Mandong was a North Korean spy. I had to create my own backstory for him.
How cruel of Sooho's biological mother and adoptive father. She is truly evil. Who is Dr. Kang to her? Why did their country only want Dr. Kang back and not the other spies? It was so sad the way they died. All three of them. And how their bodies just got discard like nothing.
Although the ending was so fricken tragic, a part of me is trying to find closure by focusing on the fact that she finally hears his tape (I kept anticipating when she would), he was able to tell her he loves her, and they both were able to leave one another knowing the other person truly loved them.
I hated Bunok's character so much. But I'm thankful they concisely explained Ms. Pi's story. We were able to see a character development in Bunok. Though it was brief, it was enough for me to finally forgive her character. Bunok caused a lot of problems. I wonder if things would have been different if Bunok wasn't so selfish.
Love Yoo Inna and her character. She's a great actress. Dr. Kang is a cold person but with Sooho, she's able to make changes or let things slide. Hers and Sooho's goodbye scene was so sad.
Thanks, Snowdrop, for getting me through January 2022. Until next time, Snowdrop family! <3
I'm pretty sure YR would never live with that old hag. She must have some money her father gave her. Her stepmother…
Is her son a different son from Youngro's brother who died? Idky but this drama left me with so many questions. Idek if rewatching it will clear them up. I don't think I want to rewatch this tragic love story again for a while.
The friendships in this drama are out of this world.
P.S. I really miss the old Xuan Shang! I can't wait for his return.
