Couldn't agree more. Mr. "Dream Guy" is a hypocrite and the ending seems completely contrived. Mick was never even on his radar and like you say, there is zero romantic, sexual or any kind of chemistry between the two of them. Wasted my time watching this.

Wow! I wasn't that into season 1 and if this is what we can expect from season 2, I'm out. The last 10 minutes was like watching paint dry. I got second hand embarrassment from some of the awful acting. There was hardly any substance to this episode other than a bunch of flashbacks and a reshot of the last episode of last season. Which I can understand because a lot of the actors have changed looks wise in the last year or so. There are better BLs on the horizon so I'll wait for those.

This was fun and and entertaining but if fans were hoping to see a lot of interaction or "sweet" moments between Sam and Yu, there wasn't much. Fan service creates a lot of expectations.

I loved this series so much. The actors were impeccable and although I agree it was rushed considering the complexity of the plot, it is such a beautiful story.

The last episode was the best of the bunch. Not a bad series, but the lack of chemistry between the two leads (in my opinion) was the real culprit. They both did a good job in their roles, just didn't see them together at all.

The end felt rushed so I adjusted my rating from a 9 to an 8. Maybe I'm even being overly generous. The acting was superb and the storyline with all its components was compelling. It fell apart for me the last two episodes - not sure if the Covid restrictions had any impact on wrapping up the series but it just felt so rushed. All of them in that little room and tying everything into a nice bow just didn't do it for me.

There is no chemistry between any of these characters. And then Jedai and Nine out of nowhere?! Desperate to watch good BL and this ain't it. Thank goodness for Light on Me for a real feel good show.

Moral of the story: be a selfish jerk and still get everything you want in the end. Gross.
