I am not a Chinese series or movie watcher,I avoid Chinese series like a plague but sometimes here and there they…
ugh same here, i avoid chinese series for a reason. i just watched this movie because of its high ratings and i was genuinely curious. but this movie somehow made a mark in me.
They made their lives a literal Pirates Hell I'd say.
Kidding aside, this series courageously tackled the sociopolitical problems of religion and some of the sketchy things they do to keep their religion alive. I just know that this series is based on a true story. And it's not just about buddhists who do this.
Is it worth disrupting my body clock? Hell yeah. The main actors slayed their role!!! I haven't watched James or Peach act in a series in a while!! Honestly all of the actors ate!
I honestly predicted that Ekkachai will be an antagonist, but I did NOT expect that that woman will be involved, too.
I just hope Netflix decides to make a season 2 of this because it's a shame not to. I'd like to know what happened to Win's dad.
So what exactly are they going to run now? At first it sounds like a bigger provincial temple but now that it…
Hi! I think all of the bad people in the series are working together, and involved, in order to keep the business (or should I say corruption and syndicate? lol) alive. Monk Ekkachai serves as the fake monk, an insider in the Buddhist aspect, that woman works in politics, while the attorney works in the law aspect in order to stop the police from finding out what they're all doing.
PEACH IS THE COMPOSER IN THIS SERIES?!?!? His scores are great, especially that music score in 20th to 23rd minute mark in episode 3 where Win and Game were talking to Monk Dol impressed me so much I just had to comment here!!!!
