I am thinking There was something in the past that may have been perpetuated/orchestrated by Ah Rin i.e a cheating scenes maybe. There was a scene In Ep2 Where Noh Ae is standing in the rain looking down into a basement window and sees something (us audience did not see what it was). Is it possible she though Dae Oh cheated on her? No one recognized Ah rin from the past so IF she was involved they are not able to connect the dots. I am thinking that Jin knew or was involved in some way with the situation. Is it possible it was him doing whatever it was in Dae Oh's place (That Noh saw through the window)? These are my speculations, I do think Dae Oh is the father and not Jin.
