Hmm I belive this drama is not for everyone. If you are a fan of the usual c-dramas probably this is not a good pick for you. If you prefer tragedies and do not mind violence than it's rather good for a show with so short episodes.
Ending is good if there were no the 2 years later part. This is the only thing that could happen considering the whole sortyline, I just don't see how they could end living happily ever after. And for the last part 2 years later, I cnanot believe somebody can survive bullet in the head without any major injuries like missing parts of the brain etc. So if they have "reincarnated" well 2 years could not be enough time for that sorry :D.
