watched it only for diva song hye kyo and the y2k styles every single character was annoying im glad we're past that time that screenwriters used to write about annoying abusive MLs and stupid FLs
didn't live up to my expectations but it wasn't that bad the cast, the characters and the suburb and restaurant settings were great the plot was flawed and messy, they added too many things for a miniseries yoo yeon seok character was redundant kang haneul and go minsi had zero chemistry i fear it would've been better if they were just friends/coworkers
loved the cinematography, the winter setting and the acting loved the girls and their bond if i ever find out my partner chose me because i looked like their first love i would be pissed... if i was hiroko i would've stomped his grave, dig him up, beat his ass, throw him back in the casket 😭 people who are unable to move on from their first love and try to find them in other people are immature and insane

now that's an excellent movie the plot was crazzzzyyyy, intense and tragic 4th wife wanted to play the 2nd wife but got played instead... like when the 2nd found out she wasn't pregnant she should've pulled out the voodoo doll out of her pocket and blame it on her 🤷♀️ i was born in the right generation cuz no way in hell i would do all that just for some lanterns and sleeping with an ugly old man 😭 and i would probably kill a man if he treated me like that really sad about the 3rd wife's and yaner's deaths men really have a long disappointing history of ruining women’s lives smh it was funny that they didn't show the guy's face even for a second lol the cinematography was so aesthetic
it was more about autism than the crime so it wasn't thrilling at all kinda slow but nonetheless an ok movie kim hyanggi is an amazing actress she carried the show it's funny seeing shitty people like jung woosung playing the good guy i bet even they themselves rofl when they get this type of roles 💀
