No, the bratty of emperor doesn't deserve to be Cheng Xu son. My blood already boiled watching his antics.
I just try to find an excuse to like MY again. If the son is XC's you can tell that MY did everything for XC. But MY only love herself and maybe her son too and not XC.

MY become worse and worse after the emperor dead. I got the feeling that MY doesn't love XC that much like she always said.
At this point these are my happy ending:
- XC gives the pouch( Love confess from MY ) to MY's maid and leave the palace to find his happiness. To the place that MY can't find him again. Let MY enjoy her life when XC won't be there for her anymore.
or
- MY's son kill XC in front of her. I just want to see her reaction lol.....

I’m totally agree with you about XC is the only one that is sincere. He should leave the palace and find his happiness somewhere else. At this point I don’t want him to sacrifice anything for MY anymore. He done enough already. He should let it go like empress ( Ruyi's Royal Love in the Palace ). XC and her only want love.

She doesn't want the conflict between her son and CX. If both of them fight the country will be in danger. Yep! I believe he will always choose her son over XC. At the ending of the tailer XC said " The women that I have always protected even dared to curse me " that broke my heart.

How can everything she does is for CX good? She just use peace as an excuse like the emperor. I start to dislike MY after the emperor died.

If I'm right we will get a very sad ending. XC will go against MY's son for the throne. MY will choose her son and she even curse XC. XC will die in the battlefield. I feel like I can't take this drama anymore. Why can't MY give XC a little bit of happiness?
