ok so now after watching the episode: i think hyojin, taeeun, and seungbum are money catchers. im so stuck with sooji . she only thinks about whether her interests (yongho and sungbeom), are MC’s or LC’s. one action that shows she’s a money catcher is that she’s distancing herself from yongho because she thinks he’s a money catcher. & so if she’s a money catcher and she chooses yongho who she thinks is for money it will turn out as MC & MC. meaning no money and a loss for true love. so that’s why she could be distancing herself away from yongho, because seungbum made it way more obvious these past two days that he’s a “love catcher”. so since seungbum made it more obvious to sooji that he “likes” her so much she’s toward him now since she thinks if she picks him it would turn out as MC & LC. meaning she’ll take the money.
im also stuck with junghyun. im glad tae hyeok asked the identity question to junghyun bc I literally don’t know what he is but since I’m not getting much info from him (he doesn’t get a lot of screen time!), I didn’t put him on the list as a money catcher.
the reason why i picked seungbum as a money catcher is because when sooro said that he doesn’t believe TE is a money catcher because she “wouldn’t” fool around for whatever that amount the winner gets (idk I forgot how much money they get out of this idrc but I think it’s 50,000. but seungbum basically defended the money catcher side saying it’s an annual salary and it’s a good chance for people who aren’t that fortunate.
and also, the reason why i think hyojin is a money catcher is over the fact she gets so swayed very easily. remember when yongho gave hyojin the book, she immediently thought he was a love catcher, so she started pursuing him because of that, and all of a sudden during the questions, junghyun confessed he liked her. and then hyojin said her decision could’ve been affected since junghyun confessed that. you see how she changed so easily. that’s why i think she’s a money catcher. but, I do think her connection with yongho is real, it’s just that yongho is so dumb how does he even like sooji when they have like zero connection?
anyways, my fave male cast member is Tae Hyeok. im sorry but when he screamed outside out on the balcony on the first episode he came i immediately liked him. especially when he literally choked out of laughter when yongho said the chances of him switching his love interest is 2%. also, he’s so nice and respectful when he said “no comment” on who he would like to meet back in Seoul since he thought yu jeong would feel uncomfortable! What a great guy.
