one thing i liked about this drama is JB is well aware of Sheng Yang feelings for her and knows the plan of her sister, her friend and his uncle ..

yes actually there are two annoying SMLs one is Ex-husband and other is teacher of her younger sister.
annoying in the sense that you don't wanna see them on screen because they are not adding anything to the progress of plot.

In early episodes I really liked the Fl but looking at recent episodes and previews i think she may make some weird decisions that may create chances for SML?

from preview of Ep33-34 doesn't look like they gonna be together

I think he wanted to propose her in the event but she refused before the start of event and tell him that she found someone more suitable then him i.e. her Boss
