High Reviews and Low Reviews
I fell somewhere in between - although I guess a six is on the low side.Read many of the reviews - a lot of comments about the toxicity of this series. First of all, like everything I watch, I don't try to dig too deep - most shows have things you don't like, and things you do. BL's are no different, but I feel like the viewers are more critical. If the show was a Male Female relationship would it be labelled toxic?
There was no plot? This isn't a mystery or an action series, it's a love story... that's the plot. Was it over dramatized, maybe, but if it hadn't been, it would be labelled as boring!
I mainly rated it low because I didn't like the ending, it felt very open ended - and I can't see a second season being necessary.
I also didn't feel this should be rated R. There is no violence, the love scenes were shirts off and kissing, and then cut off. I don't mind that, I just think the rating hints at something more.
I try to watch every bl that comes out. I have a whole list just from 2023 that I would give an -0 rating, at least this one was watchable.
P.S. The good looking male was Yoh, just my opinion of course. Enjoy!

I shouldn't have finished watching this
Not a great show. No time for the relationship to develop, but that is ok, their kisses were simply lips touching like they were frozen, and that's ok too, because the ending totally ruined it anyway.Let me just say, and I apologize if you consider this a spoiler alert - I had some minor issues, however up until the last 2 episodes, they were minor - and then? I should have stopped there, because I am not into sad endings. Not to mention the story made these two seem like idiots who couldn't figure out how to solve a problem.
The acting was ok, thre was no real development of their relationship - it just was there. As I mentioned, kissing was holding lips together - who kisses like that? Only actors who don't really want to kiss, which kind of makes the whole story fall apart.
The music was good. Probably the best part of the series.
I won't ever rewatch this one.

Very Long With Not Much Happening
I really wanted to fast forward through this series... it was Super Slow. I didn't because I like to leave fair reviews.I did not enjoy this series very much. I thought some of it was ridiculous, some of it did not make any sense, some of it was unnecessary, and it felt like another bl that is not a bl.
Most of the characters in this series were not very good actors. The music was pretty unspectacular, and there were lots of long pauses for no real reason.
Cute boys with no real connection to each other, short kisses towards the end, blankets covering them, and we are supposed to use our imagination, I guess. I never felt any emotions while watching these two supposedly fall in love.
And ghosts that look like fake zombies... huh? I was really disappointed in the entire series.. seven is a low rating for me, I seldom go much lower.
No rewatch value for me.

I Have Never Laughed SO MUCH!
This was the funniest thing I have watched in a long time! Simply Hilarious - But not stupidly corny, just funny!There was no BL content in it, just other's perceptions of the situations they saw, helped along my one great narrative onscreen and a bromance.
The ending was great too!
The acting was perfect, but that was expected with these two actors.
Short but with it being a 1- 15 episodes marathon - that was ok! I will definitely keep this one around to rewatch.

No, He Wasn't A Stalker
First, I loved this show. I did not agree with many of the negative comments in the review, but everyone watches for a different reason, I guess. Not going to compare this show to any other show, because doing that is unfair, there will always be shows you like and dislike more than others. I loved the fact that this show was long, there was no rushed feeling. I loved the characters, especially the guy who is so persistent in going after the person he loves. Of course, it took him a long time to understand why his intended was the way he was, but at the same time he was always doing things that took care of him. His persistence was because he knew from the long looks between them that there was something there. I also loved a lot of the meaningful things that were said over the course of the show. They are actually listed in another review, so I am not going to list them here. Overall, I loved every episode, and I suggest you give it a chance.Was this review helpful to you?
WELL.... I Liked It!
I enjoyed this show, and I have to say - I don't agree with the harsh reviews, lashing out about sexual harassment.It's a bit of a mix of seriousness and fluff, but nowhere near as bad as the reviews state. Pursuing someone you are interested in, when they have built walls around their heart is about breaking down those emotional barriers. Most of what occurred in this story was not overly aggressive - and the male he was trying to win over could have resisted much more forcefully and could have avoided some of their encounters had he really wanted to. The boys are both cute, they played their parts well considering the story is not an in-depth one. But I was entertained, and that's all that matters.
I have seen very few bl's in 2023 that I enjoyed, so while this isn't one at the top of my favorites list, it's nowhere near the bottom. At least the kisses were not just lips pressed together, that's a plus in my book. It's relatively short, but mostly sweet.
I don't try to make my reviews sound like I am an expert at picking apart a show, I just express my personal opinion based on how I felt when watching it.

Just So So!
The story is average, the scenery is average, the characters are average.An office romance with nothing specific to make it stand out. Two actors who either cannot really act or they just did not have enough to work with. A serious lack of romantic vibes. One with a major lack of expression and one just a happy little lark.
No rewatch value, I almost didn't make it to the end. I just don't know why someone doesn't stop these productions from happening. Don't they cost money to make. Are there no good bl stories left out there?

Weak At Best!
Who writes this stuff?Who agrees that it makes a good enough story to become a show?
This is a story that goes nowhere. The type of story you canot even evaluate the actors because not enough actually happens for them to have to do more than say a few lines and in general just either look serious or smile.
While it's not a story you can actually say you hate, there also is nothing about it you can say you like. Also I personally hate it when a bl has kiss scenes where the actorslook like they were forced to kiss, so they just press and hold their lips together. I always imagine them sighing a big sigh of relief when those scenes are finished.
Absolutely no rewatch vale, I barely made it through the first time

A bit of a clumsy show
What I mean by that is it is confusing watch, at first anyway. It gets better and if you stick with it; the characters become somewhat endearing. Also the last few episodes have some pretty heavy drama.As mentioned, finding the right subtitles is almost impossible and if I had not found them, no way would I have watched this series, which is really too bad. I found youtube & bilibili by GAB23 to be the only one with proper subtitles.
Not a high rewatch, but as good as many bl series out there and better than some too!

A Short, but Cute Story!
I watched all the episodes on a cold, windy afternoon. My main conclusion - too short!The story shows a huge comparison between loving, understanding parents and strict and unyielding parents. Parents who think they are successful and decide to make demands on their children, all the while forgetting that love and praise are important components.
This series would have been better had it been a bit longer, the ending felt very abrupt.
I liked the relationship between the main couple, they had pretty good chemistry, it's just again, too short.
The second couple added a bit of excitement (in the romance column) - I probably would have been a tad bit bored if they were not in the story.
All in all, not an award winning series, but it had the warm and fuzzies!

A Waste Of Time
I really like Boun and Prem, but this show was so bad. Rating of a seven is stretching it.I kept watching, hoping it would get better, but it never did. The story line was not good, apparently neither was the directing and Boun and Prem were not convincing as a couple. Maybe it was the story line and directing, but they had zero chemistry. They had more appeal in their cameo appearance in Cutie Pie Series than they did in this entire series.
The scenery was good, that is about the only positive. I was really disappointed. The series is confusing and boring, and none of the actors were worth mentioning. Some of it was even irritating.
No rewatch value at all.

Not too sure on this one!
I did enjoy most of this.The premise was good, the actors were all very good, but the series just fell short. I think this was not a strong bl, more like a friends disguised as a bl. There were a few too many characters, I think the story would have been stronger with a little less going on. Also, one of the main characters went back and forth, doing good, then bad things. I didn't feel like he was the type of person that would do the things he did, so it did not sit well with me. And strangely, I found myself wanting him to fall in love, so I was disappointed at the end. Maybe I took this series too seriously...lol
This series does not have a high rewatch value for me, but I watch most bl's at least once, as I come across them in various lists.

An Absolutely Amazing Series
OH NO! It's Over ... And this is my second time watching this series!The acting, it's very impressive! Everyone did an awesome job of portraying their characters. There were a lot of emotional scenes and not once did I feel let down.
The chemistry between Kang Yo Han and Kim Ga On (as well as Elijah) is too good, their bond just kept growing and it was nice to watch. And not to mention, how strong the other main characters are, both physically and in personality.
Cinematography and overall production value was the best, the scenes were so realistic and believable.
The OST, is totally fitting and right on target with each scene.
Enemy Of Truth & Mirror City, what can I say?
This is a series that, given a few months in between has so much story to it, you can rewatch it because there is so much you forget.
All in All, one of my favorites!

Too Short, Too Rushed, Too Bad!
Oh well, not too much to say about this show. I liked the actors, but I don't think this show utilized their talents. Of course a bl out of China is going to be so tame it's not really a blOverall, it had some good scenes and a bit of a story, but the episodes were short and there just wasn't enough time to develop a strong story. Every episode could have been expanded upon.
The actors were not bad, there was no point in a second couple because they had virtually no screen time.
The ending was the biggest disappointment!
No rewatch value for me. I was hoping for something more than this.

Feel Good, Feel Happy!
I Love his series. Definitely a feel-good series to be watched more than once.The chemistry between the two male leads is amazing, the kisses sweet. Both of the other couples' stories were very good as well. Even the females were fun and entertaining. The story line moved along and was never boring.
The acting, music, cinematography, directing, everything was perfect. Although six episodes was enough to tell the story, I kind of wished it was longer, because it was such a feel-good series.
Definitely a high rewatch value for me.
