1 question: Are the 5 weapons human? How did Yuan Zhong met them. in which episodes it is explained what they are and how they met. And why does he have to look for them now?

I saw the scene where the 5 weapons are teenagers and sitting near a fire and they make a fact with him. So were they not originaly 5 weapons of the gauntlet? i am confused.Help 🙏
