She was not stupid. She did not know Tagon has been playing her. She never saw Eunseom cut. if she did, she forgot about it in the heat of things. Saya did not know about it same with Tanya.she told Nunbeyeol some time before that if Tagon is humming she should come and tell her. this was long before the day of the coup.Tagon again being smart only humm when he had decided to show his card to Nunbeyeol and confront her. Nunbeyeol could not leave to go report to Taealha. Taeala had never paid attention to Nunbeyeol hands why would she? Tagon did since she was healing him hence he knew she was not a maid/ nurse. I think the Igutu tribe ( who we can conclude are from Aramun original place) did attack and destroyed Remus the original place of the Hae who developed bronze weaponry.

I was refering to before that. when he was?sent to the war. Tagon told him if he was successful, he will make him his heir. he believed him hence why he wanted to win the war. I could be wrong but I remember a flash back scene of Tagon saying that to Saya.May be my mind is playing tricks on me.😪
