girl???? i literally said that i am liking the series??? idk what point you're trying to make/prove here when i have mentioned multiple times that it's MY personal opinion that i don't like age gaps but in no way am i criticizing them because i do like the series, and frankly it doesn't make any difference to me as long as there is not anything fishy going on. it's best that you read and try to understand where i am coming from before commenting.

rewatching this and never getting over how BEAUTIFULLY this show has been shot. the cinematography is truly a work of art im so in love with it

i haven't watched our dining table yet :(( and honestly speaking, i have watched some age gap romances but mostly all of them had a good plot. from what you said, this seems to have an emotionally mature plot so i may (most probably will) start it.

debating whether to start this or not because of the age gap.....

i wasn’t implying that in any way. what I meant was that since the series was set in the 1915s, it would have made more sense if there was a bit more angst or a bittersweet tone to show what queer people actually went through at the time. the happy ending was nice, but not realistic.
