Slice of life isn't an excuse for this boring and horrendous show. found 1st episode nice with good emotions but…
tip: if slice of life is the main genre in the series it means they're focusing on the time between the cast..their life basically..(and I'm saying main genre because sometimes slice of life is involved with another main genre so it doesn't appear as dominant)..this is a dominant slice of life show trust me because when I started watching these genres I could not understand what is the point or the goal (maybe you'll understand later on) ..another exemple of slice of life in different settings would be hospital playlist and prison playbook as suggested in the recommendations..or in the American show friends. I totally understand if some ppl aren't into these type of genres..I personally weren't until I went through some depressing times and started watching some healing genre series and these were such comfort shows..but zero efforts from the writer? nah just say it wasn't to your taste and move on

recommending meet yourself as starter to prepare you with LI Xian in this drama ..then go in the recommendations section (practically I'd recommend them all they're so good🤣both kdrama and cdramas)
