yes I know that feeling😭it's very hard..it basically shows that you don't have self worth ..it will manifest during your work and life unfortunately that's why I'm suffering trying to fix it 😭😭it's so very embarrassing .. but even if I was 16 and someone told me this and how it will affect me later in life I wouldn't have had the guts to do this because my environment wouldn't let me and my avoidant attachment style was at an all time high..but I'm just letting you know..cz back then I was in the darkness..like why was I acting like this ..why I'm behaving like that etc etc..so it's totally understandable from your side

okay 1- I still use "running away" as coping mechanism from a lot ALOT of things that hits insecurities or trauma..it do be taking a whole lot of mental strength to face it.. 2- exactly I feel you..it's very impossible for you or (me at your age) to imagine there are good friends and people who ll treat you wkgh reslect without anything in return..and leave you at it because words wont convince you but I do lray you'll meet the right ones no matter how tardy they might be..until then being alone is not a bad idea ..I still need it most of the time because work life etc..and I don't feel like getting to know more people cz my energy rab out and that's enough 1 or 2 friends are enough... I think to befriend someone firstly s same when you love and be loved jn return for the first time ..it firstly proves to you that you can be loved for the first time، you can be loved platonically too and you're more than "bearable" person.. ik all this feels so imaginary but until then alone is definetely not a bad idea ❤️

if it's any consolation to you I was exactly like you ..or had bad friends ..I wouldn't change tho..for ex I like jazz books and chill stuff and they like more hype things..what makes them bad friends is that they don't respect my taste in anything and I would find it rather exhausting and takes a lot of effort to change for them..anyways after a while I went into uni and met different kinds of ppl .. eventually after 2 decadea I found my group of ppl..healthy enough to be around and enjoyable to me ..
unlike movies, some people do not have friends from the beginning..in fact they didn't believe in the concept of friendship..they thought it's just common decency in dealing with people UNTIL they met the right people.. I would like to label this reality show a melodrama...because even if we're not close to the members or know them personally..i litteraly felt like an adult who doesn't meet with their friends much because of life and work and different responsibilities..and the one time I meet them it's so healing you could almost forget your hardships😭
at one point they were saying that they don't know how the viewers will react to them seeing calmly hanging out like this..like they are not hyper ppl..I just wanted to say that I love the same and I think people with similar or compatible personality to theirs will relate so badly

I'm currently watching the first episode..and I think my best moment is when they all fell asleep together..it was so peaceful..I actually felt sleepy too.. kinda like when I see characters in my series eating I feel like eating too lol
