i wish people would stop comparing this amazing story and drama with awesome main lead cast with that worthless…
you can be entitled to your opinion I can have mine too lol ..wether you prefer one and dislike the other that's your thing..I'm finding similarities unintentionally and enjoying both^^
but god I related to FL so bad when she described her reason for calling it off and quitting her job..like litteraly some ppl can solve it in some other way but I'd need a reboot too

I think I was annoyed at this because this trope of ML and FL battling through the 3 realms to protect each other and stay with each other is used a lot with different variation of solutions..so as I understood from your explanation.. this show used sealing memories method to protect the character instead of them actually learning from their previous life while keeping the memories? (for FL specifically..ML is forgiven lol)
when the big battle happened where she died ML wanted her to not go cz he knew she's doomed for..so she erased or sealed his memories idk..he thought his memories are dreams .. both of them met again under different alias but don't remember anything of each other.. when they remembered each other's identity there was so much pain and hate ML had to seal FLs memories 😪 this pattern is kind of repetitive
felt some repetition in a way.. also very rarely am I a fan of amnesia trope let alone being overused 🤣like once is enough plz stop sealing each other's memories.. I understand they're both trying to protect each other but they're getting in the way of each other while doing that

loved it..def deserve a higher rating than this😭ok so my last thoughts: when I started this I thought the emperor needs anger management issues but with all these unfortunate events and traitors surrounding him oh I'd be crazy like him..I like that he's not stoic as most emperors are pictured usually to showcase wisdom in front of everyone.. I did suffer a lil because of ML stoicism tho lol but I'll overlook it because I enjoyed the angst and FL acted exactly like I was thinking I lover her the ending was unexpected for me (like I didn't know theyd end the show that way)but I should've seen it coming especially if they're happy and in love and there's still 2 ep left then someones bound to die or one more unfortunate events will enroll loll and most of all I liked that I felt the heaviness of a responsibility..sometimes I don't see it maybe cz some dramas don't picture it well or simply cz I might be focusing on smthg else like the leads happiness 😭 but feeling this heaviness of a responsibility was such a..um slice of life moment?..idk if it's because I relate to it (in a non royal way 🤣) or smthg else overall I loved it❤️ I like discovering gems with not so high of a rating 🤭it's like discovering a personal treasure
