agree with this, the editing got a hatchet job, but the overall story is good, and the acting is good. It's not like the edit job in TTEOTM where things don't even make sense due to the editing. Here, the problem is that the editing leaves out the small details that show character progression in order to make room for big plot movement. Outside this, I really don't understand all the hate.

This isn't a remark about the current episodes, but the show as a whole, it's really been this way throughout. We're told they're in love, etc. etc. but don't really have the time to be shown it. The story jumps from plot point to plot point at breakneck pace because there isn't room to really show everything.

But it's played convincingly enough.

The biggest problem with this show is trying to fit too much story into too few episodes. There's really no room for plot and character development. It's all tell and very little show
