Yeahh it's a little bit like alice in Wonderland 2 where the characters' soul are basically in limbo/purgatory after the meteor attack but their bodies were being treated in the same hospital. Now I understand what the nurses were talking about with the ambiguous accident and the need for a new nurse and the bed scarcity. Most probably they were all in an accident together and their soul is in this purgatory getting haunted and stuff. The light shop owner is probably not human too. He can only be seen by people who have died/on the verge of death like the nurse or the school girl. This is what I'm picking up lol

I haven't watched the actress' other works so I can't really say what her potential is. For me it's more so the character than the actress and the vibe
