Now I understand why I didn't like Long qing from the start, he is so full of himself and arrogant. Enjoying chen pipi and ning que bromance more than sang sang and ning que interactions. Series is just getting better and better after they enter academy. Hope it continues that way
Good start. I am just scared that how are they going to maintain it for 58 episodes. Biggest problem I had faced with these type of dramas are that it gets boring and dragged as series progresses. Hope this one is different
In the start of the series they show that empress does some demon magic on emperor, I thought she was controlling him. After seeing preview, i guess she was trying to save him after his brother choked him. Am i right ?

True that these xiling and long qing storyline is what i feel more slow amd less interesting. I know it will get better as the story progresses. I am not into long qing character as of now. I hope it will get better
After 7 the episode it feels like the drama is moving really in slow pace. I don't mind the overall story being developed slowly but I am not sure what is the issue feels like something is hindering the flow of story. Anyone with the same view or maybe I am expecting too much? Anyway i am gonna stick with it
