Hi, thanks for your reply, I don't watch a lot of korean drama so I'm always a little hesitant to start, but I did love kurosagi.
Since you watched healer and cruel city, especially cruel city, could you maybe spoil me if city hunter has as lame plot twists as cruel city? as in
SPOiLER ALERT in cruel city everyone turns out to be a cop, it's an ok plot twist if it happens once but if it happens 10times it gets lame, that's why I mainly disliked cruel city.

the other people in this drama are really the only thing one can watch this drama for, tell me if you made it to the end ^^

I.don't think the problem is about people watching less jdrama and thus these results. Just look at the kdrama results, there are tons of kdrama watchers, still only the overhyped 2-3 dramas got all the awards, it's the same with jdrama.

this was better than expected, it was different than most detective dramas, the cases were interesting, I loved tamamori as a lead, watched this drama for him tbh, and this drama made me like furukawa yuki better, his character was fun, recommended

completely agree, her outfits were over the top but she could pull it off, I also loved that she could stand up for herself and for other people, and yesss the bantering with tako was definitely always funny, this drama was so good :D

I absolutely loved this, Koetsu is beautiful, her outfits were real highlights, I loved her personality, Ishihara Satomi really played her character well.
Suda Masaki as a male lead and Honda Tsubasa and tbh the rest of the cast, all fit their characters well.
Really really recommended.

Just because an idea is from manga/anime doesn't mean that it's unoriginal.
Many mangas/animes have pretty nice plotlines

the reunion scene was my absolute fave, I liked that her classmates where still big a-holes and didn't suddenly change their attitudes just because she got prettier, because that seems more real, I loved how she told them off and then kuro and takumi having good teamwork, really really nice
