Well, I'm happy to be your first friend on here. :-)

Oh, to be young again...I haven't been to a concert that wasn't outside in years. The crowd is just too much for me these days. However, I venture to say that I would suffer through anything to see Super Junior, Big Bang or Shinee. Alas, at the moment I only get to see them on Youtube, Music Bank, Inkigayo, Music Core, and M-countdown. :-(

Part of me never wants to see any of my favorite actors/idols in person. What if it is a total disappointment? Was Super Junior good live?

Another great article, Purplenette! And Melwill28, of course :) My favorite line "Well if you don’t know…
NP. Sungkyunkwan Scandal didn't really feel like a historical drama while I was watching it and it became one of my favorite dramas. I thought Park Min Young was really good in that. She wasn't bad in Dr. Jin either...it is just the writing of her character...just like it was for SSH.

This list is spot on. After all the actor drama on The Great Seer, I decided against starting that drama, and…
Oh...I didn't know people didn't like Choi Kang Hee. I thought she was good in Protect the Boss. I wonder if it is just because she was older.

I have this thing where I will pretty much watch anything if it has someone I like in it. :-) Do you not like Park Min Young or historical dramas?

Apparently I was the only one who really liked the Young Gul character. Loved Yoo Ah In and I loved fashion king.…
Right!!! People are really divided. I didn't really dislike Young Gul, but I couldn't understand him...and I'm a total Yoo Ah In fan. :-)

I haven't watched other dramas (actually I've watched only limited dramas altogether)except for BIG. And I agree…
I wondered if the problem was the character for Lee Min Jung since I have only seen her in her small part of BOF. Poor woman. Lets hope that people don't judge her acting ability on Big alone.

I really enjoyed L7CS while I was watching it, but in retrospect I think it was only because of Joo Won. I could watch him recite the phone book and be happy. LOL I did think the story was ok too. Plus, cameo of Uhm Tae Woong. Oh, yeah. My kind of drama. LOL

That is exactly what my niece said..."Korean Kristen Stewart". But she had me watch all those vampire movies and I endured it, so I guess I can endure Shin Se Kyung for When a Man Loves. :-) oh, and I really have no problem with Song Seung Hun's acting. He was not the issue in Dr. Jin. It was the story.

I'm sure you aren't the only one. :-) I felt more for Lee Je Hoon's character. I just wanted to give him a hug and pet his head. Poor guy.

I thought Big was pretty great actually. I don't get the hate at all. And the cast was amazing as well. I mean…
It is cool that you liked it. I was surprised actually that so many people didn't like it. I'm usually not in the majority. LOL

Thank you. :-) I like Song Seung Hun too. Right now I'm trying to watch When a Man Loves, but the girl I couldn't stand from Fashion King, Shin Se Kyung, is in it. She drives me crazy. The story seems good, but I don't know if I can take watching her wide eyed stare for every emotion episode after episode.

I get you. I watch So Ji Sub no matter what he is in and am rarely disappointed. Same for Uhm Tae Woong. Of course, they usually pick dramas that are in the genre I like the most...revenge/melodrama. :-)

It really is...we limited ourselves. Although, I haven't watched a lot of dramas that disappointed me as bad as the ones we mentioned. I actually liked Mary Stayed Out All Night and Cheongdamdong Alice. LOL Nice Guy wasn't that bad...like you say good enough. I don't watch all dramas because of eye candy.

Thank you for the friend request. I love cocerts too. I really enjoyed the festivals they had back in the day. Lilith Fair, Smoking Grooves Fest, Lollapalooza. I live in the southern US...so seeing any k-pop group in concert is probably not going to happen until I move or travel. It must be wonderful to live in France. I have always wanted to go there...especially to see Jim Morrison's grave and to go to Roland Garos tennis.

I got to episode 10. Maybe I should try again. Revenge dramas are my favorite too, but this seemed like it is trying to be a comedy and I don't get the humor.

This happens to me all of the time - I'm a big Oguri Shun fan so I watch anything he's in; I've never been disappointed…
Thank you. We concentrate on Korean actors, but I love to hear about the actors you like from other countries. I like him too.
