She is not being blocked or anything, it is actually very common for dramas in China to take a long time before being broadcast, the latest would take about a year while most will take over a year or two or even three years before being broadcast, after all China is big and they keep producing tv shows each day with only like 5-6 broadcasting platforms or something.
