After every new series, I somehow find myself here. The impact of the story is truly extraordinary. The sequel heals the wounds, yes, but I love this tragic story more. It's amazing to be able to feel that intense emotion for each other on the screen without any contact. I think it is one of the unforgettable among Chinese dramas.

I just finished reading the novel and can't wait for the series to start. Hopefully we can watch it in August or September

I agree. Same goes for me. From my point of view, the novel was very effective in this regard. First, I started the series for Dilraba and Allen. The trailers captivated me. When the chapters started to come, I succumbed to my curiosity and started the novel. And that legendary world of the novel fascinated me for the second time. Due to the beginning of the series, it became easier for me to visualize the characters in the novel and I read it with fascination. I waited and watched impatiently every week, despite the lack of subtitles, as they pretty much fit the main story. But it's sad that it's over. I couldn't get enough of the story of CY and YH.

After the official subtitles come, I will be here watching again with the same excitement. I still hope Part 3 is filmed. I would like to watch Dilraba and Allen as partners again.

I will write a more detailed review later, but first I wanted to write my first impressions of the new episodes.I didn't like the part where YH said he didn't betray. He should have heard from someone else that CY had not betrayed, and that YH just wanted to protect her while she endured all that torture.T hey extinguished the magical aura in the book that he returned to when he found out. On the other hand, the lava scene was very beautiful. I wish they had found a similar way even if they couldn't shoot underwater. Those scenes were the most important moments in the relationship between YH and CY. I would expect it to be of the same caliber if other scenes were to be made in its place. If you haven't read the book, be sure to read it. You can read Dilraba and Allen by playing them. Trust me you will be enchanted. By the way, I'm not trying to compare the book and the series, when we consider them separately, I liked them both.In fact, I was amazed at how perfectly they transferred some scenes from the book to the screen. but in the end it's an adaptation and I would rather have these memorable scenes than most scenes.It is normal to add new characters to the adaptation, but the fact that those characters have more screen time than the main roles makes me nervous while watching. You should definitely watch it. Even if you got spoilers about the ending, don't miss it and watch it. That's why I was always hesitant to watch it. For some reason I couldn't watch it. Now I say I'm glad I watched it. It was a legendary drama. It was emotionally jarring yes, but it touched my heart. I felt beautiful and naive love.
