I thought Mark as Thien and Sathit are top notch and no role of him could ever be as superior as the two because he really gave those characters 200% justice.
But no! This man never fail to surprise me. Arthit is as superior as the three. Those three roles of his has a lot of similarities but he managed to act very different in every 'mean roles' he play. Talk about being a versatile actor.
2020 is indeed his year. Live online views for My Forever Sunshine is in top 3 now against all lakorns that aired this year (First is Roy Leh Marnya. Second is My Husband In Law). And we are only half of the story!
Yes, she still needs a lot of polishing there as an actor. I sometimes feel the emotional disconnect with Paeng…
I expected a lot from her. She's really good in Hormones and O Negative. Most of the time, the success of the lakorn is carried by the nang ek (aside from good storyline, chemistry between the leads and cinematography). Mark, instead, carried their scenes. Although I won't deny that she pull off those scandalous and rebellious scenes like a pro. That has been her role since her teenage days and its her comfort zone already.
Am I the only one who's frustrated at how Kao acted those triggering points of her PTSD? Mentioning her parent's death, their house in Bangkok, gun shots, etc. Those triggers her PTSD, but I just can't feel that her trauma is there. It's about her way of delivering the scene tbh. The way she acts those scenes that requires her to be hysterically in pain and traumatized... its blank to me. I can't feel anything.
I think this is worth mentioning. After Mark bagged 2 Asian awards for MHIL, Dude! His role as Arthit deserves…
Not a fan of Mark before but I really love his acting skills since Kluen Cheewit. In here, he nailed it. He was into the character from head to toe. Kao, surprisingly, looked like a rookie beside him acting out those heavy dramatic scenes. Hopefully, after two rom-coms, Mark will go back to heavy dramas.
Same, I was actually looking forward to my husband in law too but the emotional factor was not there as much as…
Now I'm hyped. It's gonna be a crazy 2-week marathon. This lakorn actually has so many reviews in pantip, asianfuse and here. So happy to see people discussing the story 'coz that's what we are her for--an interesting storyline.

Ugh! My Husband In Law's storyline was such a mess. Even Tien's character was poorly written. He was a jerk for no valid reasons. I watched it for Mark and Mew's chemistry. Never got crazy on its story.
I just hope that VIU SG will also release the subbed episodes daily after it airs in Thailand. I'm on of a few people who is happy that this will air everyday. Hahaha.
I will watch without subs on Ch3+ app tonight. You know, for support. I never fancy any lakorns for so many years. The last time was Kluen Cheewit and that was 3 years ago. I'm hyped for this because of the story.
She won't be full of confidence but with guilt , she will be totally different .
What's to be confident about causing someone's accident who was almost a vegetable in the hospital? I really don't understand your logic. She needs to repent and reflect on her actions not come back being unbothered and confident. Being guilty is her turning point to change. Paeng's behavior is also the problem here and it needs to be addressed properly. PERIOD.
Paeng will do something really terrible to Arthit, it's not just accident but she'll accuse him of raping her…
Yes, I know that. She won't know that her action will cause Arthit to have lung failure, brain concussions, hand fractures and broken leg. That's why it will be her turning point to change because Arthit was like a vegetable inside the hospital and it was all because of her. That's how intense the novel was.
As much as we feel and understand where Paeng is coming from, we must never tolerate such actions most especially on times when she is throwing tantrums like a 5-year old kid. Kids in her age bracket are in need of love and belongingness. Sadly, that's what she greatly lack of. In Erik Erikson's Psychosocial Stage, if a teenager lacks love and belongingness, he/she will experience ISOLATION. That's what happened to Paeng. Because of her parent's lack of attention, she grew up to be a brat and always picked up fights. The family should be the child's very first agent of socialization as teachers who mold manners and virtue. Her parents are too busy with their own businesses.
Paeng lacks discipline and anger management. She has impulsive behavior and acts through emotion. Despite lacking love and belongingness it should never be tolerated. Instead, it should be corrected. Remember, it SHOULD be corrected in an orderly way. She needs guardians who can guide her accordingly not reprimand her.
Arthit in a way became her sunshine. She never experienced having friends, therefore, she can easily mistaken her feelings for Arthit as love. Why? Because it is a feeling that is pretty much unknown to her. Having less socialization, one can easily get attached to the only person who shows genuine care for you.
Paeng, however, took her attachment for Atthit too far. She becomes too dependent of her emotions on Arthit. She clings so much to her Sunshine as if he's the only happiness she have. Then later on, she treats him like a possession. That her Sunshine belongs to her and nobody else's.
Having Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, her actions are deemed normal for cases like her. She experienced a tragic life and it molded to become who she is today.
Her environment didn't help her overcome her PTSD either. Servants and bully classmates constantly reminded her of her "triggering point" (her parent's death). This trigger point are her stressors. The one that causes all her emotional and mental stress.
I read that Paeng will cause Arthit's accident later on and will change because of this. That is her "turning point". She needs a pang of realization that she won't be okay if she continues her behavior. She don't have proper guidance from people around her, hence, she will discover how to become a better person by herself. All of these self-discoveries, introspection, self-love and self-respect that will happen will be part of her healing journey and that when she comes back in the farm, she'll be a whole new beautifully transformed Paeng. All healed from the horrors of her past.
She will be sent abroad, away from Sunrays Farm and that is good for her. The farm is a toxic environment for someone like her whose in a process of healing. Starting new away from people who knows her and judges her will allow her to bloom even more. Aside from that, her case needs medication and therapy. I was spoiled that she secretly takes meds and psych therapies in the novel. She wanted to keep it a secret because she doesn't want people to treat her differently. That therapy from professional will greatly help her recover her PTSD.
I trust the process and I trust Paeng's courage for self-development. I was spoiled by the novel in fb and I think I'm gonna be so attached at this lakorn as well.

Personally, I will have to agree that medical intervention and good environment is more of a better solution than coming back with only confidence on hand. Since she will be sent abroad, I believe that's the time when she had to reflect on her past actions and improve herself. As much as the people in the farm and Nang are wrong. Paeng is also wrong on her actions too and she has to take note on those mistakes that she commit in order for her to become a better person. They need to reflect at their actions. Reading from the spoilers, what Paeng needs is to recover from her trauma then her character development will go on smoothly as she let go the burdens of her past on her shoulders.
