I'm looking forward to Head 2 Head too. I loved Only Boo. Think I've seen 10 times. It's a feel good watch when…
High five! Yes, Only Boo is so refreshing! I watched it recently, and I keep finding myself coming back to it. It’s cute, and Keen’s acting is great. Honestly, SeaKeen deserves so much more, they’re down-to-earth, honest, and hardworking.
The people in this series are so evil, and the melodramatic moments just keep attacking us. I love it, lol. The fact that SeaKeen's Head 2 Head is about to air is reassuring, I need that series to heal me after watching this trainwreck of a show. Peak and Pearl, the 2P team, should definitely work together again in the future. This is the new ship I’m happy to support.
Maybe it's just me but I feel like Sea and Keen just don't look ready for university roles yet. They're both only…
Nah, it’s fine. Most university students nowadays are just bigger high schoolers. While there are still plenty of mature students in top universities, my years in Thailand suggest otherwise. Most of the students I saw there were just a bunch of kids, lovely kids, but kids nonetheless.
The fact that New is the director of this show means we can expect a lot of cute moments. He has enough experience to make a show like this, but I’m worried about the pacing, all of his shows tend to have pacing problems.
I want this now. I can’t get enough of SeaKeen (especially Keen) after watching Only Boo. Muteluv is fine, but four episodes? It’s more like a sketch of a show than a real show.
Err & Mawin's story is so so. It's cute but it's convouted. However, I have to praise this show's cinematography, so nice to look at. How I wish we had Only Boo's production with this kind of care. Let's hope SeaKeen next show will be like this.
This show is what My Love Mix-up should have been. It's full of hearts. I'm watching it now, and it's way too cute. Lucky me, I guess. I didn't know this show exists up until now.
I know people have trouble with Pin's false hope, but you have to remember that this show is set in the past. Back then, it wasn’t unusual for people to marry without love. The idea of “he’ll love me one day” sounds silly in a modern setting, but at that time, love didn’t come first, obligations did. Pin could even consider herself lucky, since she gets to be with her crush instead of some prince she doesn’t even know.
And dare I say, even modern girls might think the same way. After all, we’re talking about crushes here, and love can be blind.
I love Peak so much. He chose this role, and it really paid off. This is the kind of serious BL we need. I mean, GMM shows are fine for what they are, but sometimes the main characters need to get out of high school, lol.
I love Peak, and the premise for this show is really good. I hope there won't be too many melodramatic moments, I don't really like over-the-top scenes in most series.
Gemini is still my bias, but I feel like he could be more popular if it weren’t for his immaturity. He and Fourth started from the same point after My School President, and Gemini actually has more advantages (his face is pretty, his voice is good, his English is fluent, that is a big plus). Yet now, Fourth seems to be the bigger star between the two. I guess being a rich kid from birth doesn’t help him grow up any faster. And you can’t use the 'be yourself' motto as an excuse for childish behavior forever. I mean, people can be funny without being insensitive. His joke when the earthquake happened was harmless, but it was silly and not fitting for an international artist. No wonder advertising brands and prestigious organizations prefer to work with Fourth instead.
And dare I say, even modern girls might think the same way. After all, we’re talking about crushes here, and love can be blind.
Oh, BTW, I'm an expat in Bangkok, thanks for your suggestion anyway.
