With the very side characters, u get less than an episode of coverage split across a few episodes here or there to unravel the nature of their relationship. But generally, no romance.

bruh what comedy???? there were only like two scenes that were kinda funny. This movie doesnt make you bust out loud laughing, more of a simply chuckle here or there.
i know we love power couples, but this movie does not give the context of how the couple grew to love each other and/or loving moments. So watching the ending message of "love will stick up for each other" doesn't really pay off well.

The movie that came out this year "The Legend of Ba Yi's Grandpa" is a prequel to the story and mentions Hu bayi as a child. THough it has nothing to offer to the series, so it is skip-able
