This is my first BL, so I didn't know what to expect. I thought it was okay, but after watching other BL shows, it's like one of the worst. I don't even understand how it is a full season given that the ending is not really conclusive.
The fangirls are really disturbing, but I think the scene with them tries to show us something. When one of them asked why can't Korn just tell his parents, it reflects how many of the viewers of BL dramas don't understand how difficult it is to come out. I've read so many "why don't you just tell them" comments here and in other sites, and it's so annoying. It is not that easy. That part is still creepy, though.
Anyway, the episode appears too slow and long. It's the first episode, however, so the pace might pick up in later episodes.

I think a storyline that has Kong and Arthit coming out to their families is a full season material, so I'm okay with the LDR for this special episode. :)
it's still among the best rated series in Thailand (with SOTUS and Together With Me), so it's still good!
Oh. I'm just referring to the 8.9 rating here on MDL. Of all Thai dramas, 8.9 is the highest score here on MDL. LBC, SOTUS, AND TWM have that score here.
Based on the press release, Arthit and Kongpob's episode will focus on their long-distance relationship as Kongpob takes his post-grad. I was disappointed at first, but I think it is a wise move.
If SOTUS gets another season, the audience wouldn't want them being away from each other for the most part of the season. Therefore, placing the LDR storyline in a special episode in this anthology works well. In case season 3 gets a go signal, they can continue their story while being together.

The actors are really good, but the story is so-so for me. It's also problematic in some parts. The doctor and the cute guy... their relationship really bothered me too, but not because of the age gap.

Same. A friend recommended this show to me back then, but I only tried watching episode 1. It didn't get me interested from the get-go, so I put it on hold and went back to it just this July. I realized I wasted a lot of time not watching the next episodes. Now, I'm addicted to it. :D
