Thanks to your comment I saved myself a lot of time and frustration. I just wanted to see Rowoon in a saeguk and so only watched the first 5 eps. ^^ It got boring and I knew to just drop it after that.

you wont really miss out by not watching it tbh, i started it because i like the main lead and he's what made me finish it.

This was disappointing, didn't feel connected to the characters at all. I really wanted to enjoy and it is a beautiful story but the directing and storytelling really fell flat :/

i would agree but why did he lean in so close to her when telling her to keep his book a secret from jin ah...there might be something there, or he's just trying to rattle her. who knows...from this week's eps though i also don't think it will be about them two getting back together

I really hope this drama doesn't just turn into a murder mystery and this is just a part of the plot at the moment. Hope it is not dragged out for too long.

ah..im officially getting bored of this drama...its disappointing but there's something about the episodic format that isn't doing it for me. more than that is the lack of time spent on the main leads' storylines. i know we will probably get more as the show progresses but that's what makes it feel draggy for me. putting this on hold and hoping a break will help

sorry but regardless of whatever backstory they may have jin ah needs to stop being so obsessed with eun pyo. like wth eun pyo CLEARLY doesn't like her and yet she's determined to be her friend. why does she think that eun pyo HAs to like her back if she's nice to her. you know people are allowed to not like each other and not want to be friends. honestly it's an unhealthy obsession, she legit cares more about eun pyo than her own husband lol

Nice first ep, very different to almost all other kdramas I've watched and I loove the seaside setting. I find it v interesting how Korean parents feel like it's their duty to ensure their children can achieve their dreams. Very different to Europe or America where parents will help their children until university and that's about it. After that they are expected to sort their lives out on their own. Unless you have parents that are well off.
