I was so ready to drop this at ep 6 because of the misunderstanding between xuanji and minyuan but i skipped a lot till it went well then another misunderstanding because of hao cheng but still gave it a chance since i have nothing else to watch. This drama had so much ups and downs the plot was 10/10 but it progressed too slow and i’m so sick of sifeng always taking all the blame and pain. my fave characters are teng she (when he became xuanji’s spirit beast), sifeng (of course he’s the real mvp here), ting nu (he was one of the most helpful character), demon monkey (well his actor is cute lmao), war god (her power was so cool and i love her eyes lmao), and mosha star (yow he was such a qt despite being evil i really rooted for him to be happy) the rest some are ok but some have annoying character for example minyuan blaming sifeng, ling long being so weak, “righteous” sects having poor judgments, and omg hao cheng being annoying almost all throughout the episode thankfully he changed. All in all it was actually good and despite skipping a lot i still understood the story and i really enjoyed the plot but yeah so much filler scenes

The only drama I didn’t skipped a second next to the romance of tiger and rose. I swear every scene on this drama is interesting

this drama is kinda weird like it is very illogical. he hates bullying but he’s a bully himself, the ML has a very toxic character like ffs he’s so childish and unnecessarily possessive and there was never a character development until the end, the FLs family? I can’t even watch their scenes especially her mom I would be so embarrassed if my mom forces me to date because of his money, and hai yi like come on he’s the only character I was rooting for his ex girlfriend got married to someone else, he has nothing to inherit, and he even disappeared give this man a break. if I was given the choice I’d rather want the FL to end up with hai yi than the ML. I don't think I’ll be able to continue until season 2 I was only able to finish this season because of Miles Wei (hai yi)

while i was watching dragon day i was lowkey rooting for him instead of the ML

this is like the best dessert after watching heavy dramas

i’ve seen her in my heroic husband and she kinda look like a female mashiho from treasure there. she’s so pretty hope she gets casted for main roles

lmao if you’re here for the love story nevermind. but not all good drama has to be about the love story

yeah finally I finished it and I did not regret watching it. though I’ll be honest I skipped a lot of scenes especially with shi feixian. i also skipped the scenes when rong xia canceled their engagement since I don’t like too much drama. but i also feel sad that ban heng and softy had their child but ban hua did not huhuhu I was expecting kids running around huahua and rongxia ? leik they freakin got married firssst why isn't she preggy?! huhu

maybe they want to stay away from all the political wars

even the side couples are fun to watch

hhhahaha i really had second thoughts watching this drama since i didn’t like the FL’s acting before but this one is different the way it’s written is just good i’m not finished yet though i’m on ep 22 i just love how they solve the problems that come to them. and if you think the fl is childish just watch more you’ll see how caring and smart she actually is. i’m so tired of FLs always being bullied like her character is the person i want to be. especially on the later part her character really improved she’s starting to think like rong xia but there are just times that she acts impulsively but thanks to rong xia she can control her temper
