well they didn't straight away when he first showed up without pants only after he put that piece of food with human blood in his mouth. After that incident, if I remember correctly he showed up to work the next day or the day after that.

What about everyone thinking it's completely normal for someone who just got shot to leave the hospital and go back to work like the same day especially since he showed huge symptoms of not being himself.
