I came here after dying over the fact there is going to be a Korean version. I'm so proud of Korea tbh?? like this will be one of the first proper BL series from Korea. I hope it is done well!!
Love by Chance has definitely become like the flagship for BL dramas - even more so than some of the biggest past shows. Love by Chance contains many of the common tropes but executes them flawlessly and in a way that isn't cliche. The storyline is so gripping without being overly complicated and doesn't suffer from the pointless storylines and characters that SO many BL shows suffer from. Love by Chance tugs at your heart strings and it also has moments that make you laugh out loud. The young actors are all so crazily talented and the directing is perfect. I can't praise this show enough; it will definitely be the show I recommend to everyone from now on - especially those who haven't seen BL or Thai dramas in general before.
The only bad thing is that now my expectations are so high and I don't think any other BL drama will ever be able to compare lol. All the dramas I was looking forward to look a little dull by comparison.
the vibe of this series is so different?? it feels almost foolish?? All the weird sound effects and the way everyone is acting?? The story wasn't convincing either. idk it feels like all the great things about the last series are gone. I know it's still too early to judge so I hope it gets better.
I also got SotusS vibes from the first episode and that series was rly disappointing so I hope they go a different route than workplace drama cuz im so over that.

I really liked Together With Me (even though it did have faults) but I can't get on board with this new series. It doesn't feel right.
