Korean dramas are just overly glazed in general. They get away with having bad writing especially the romcoms. Not all but a lot.

He basically rejects her shows no interest in her the entire time but calls her at the end for a favor when she’s about to go abroad and move on. Then years later she’s still waiting for him to claim her as his girlfriend but he still hasn’t.

Wow that’s crazy hopefully he gets new management soon.

DK falls in line with other kdramas that feel fresh and compelling at the beginning but get progressively worse and overly trope-y as the episodes go on. It’s almost unwatchable now. It’s rare to find a kdrama that’s good from start to finish these days.

I hope Woo Da Vi becomes a female lead in the near future. I find her so endearing

He doesn’t seem to like Hayeong even as a friend so that ending would still be terrible. She needs to move on period.

My guess is SFL will give up after tomorrow’s rejection. I don’t see how the second couple can work without a time skip but even then I think she can do better. She’s way out of his league. I’m not shipping these two at all.

2FL clearly has some deep insecurity and abandonment issues that I doubt will be explored because she’s a side character but that’s the only explanation for her behavior. I like her but she is lowkey embarrassing

I don’t think either of the ladies should be heavily criticized. And it’s nice that a SFL isn’t bashed for once. But I’ve seen people calling HY selfish and annoying as well. None of the characters are perfect but I believe they are all good people at their core (the 4 leads ofc) I think people might expect more from Darim’s character because she’s the FL while HY is a side character without as much screentime. Personally I don’t agree with the criticism of Darim.

I’ll admit I do have a soft spot for HY because it seems nobody genuinely cares about her 😭

So did SML even love his wife? Why is he now displaying these strong feelings towards FL? They could at least have him explain but it would still feel forced. Also, 2FL is so out of his league it’s not even funny and the fact that he’s brushing her off is even more unrealistic. The love triangle is the biggest downfall of this show. Makes no sense from a writing standpoint. And the secret needs to be revealed soon because it’s becoming repetitive.

Idk why writers introduce a second lead couple just to make the SML simp for the FL. Now it just feels like a rebound if he falls for the 2FL. And they’re so cute and have potential but it’s ruined in my eyes :(
