You're right & it would have been awful lol. I thought that's where things were going while watching & I dreaded it. Kudos to the writers. I'm watching Hello Monster right now and I can tell a forced romance is unfortunately waiting ahead.

I was so happy when Beyond Evil had no romance. What a pleasant surprise that was . I mean, I like romance, but it's annoying and ruins a lot of things when it's forced into everything.

I liked this a lot up until the last episode. Wtf was that. I'm actually super ticked off about this. Sacrificed years of his life for what? There was nothing noble about it. We don't even get to see him be free at the end. I enjoyed the first fifteen episodes, but that last one was just absolute garbage.

They can take awhile sometimes between seasons. I mean, it's been 10 years between Signal 1 and the sequel being released next year lol. We may have to wait a bit, unfortunately.
