even if I wasn't comparing it, for me there would still be things that felt forced in with a crowbar rather than organically fitting into the story. it's not to say I'm not enjoying the show, it's just there are aspects that aren't as enjoyable for me

In my opinion, the changes so far from the webtoon are hit or miss. some of them I think have been great additions or alterations to the original story, others feel forced in and put in for the sake of having a twist even if it doesn't go with the flow of the narrative.

it's probably because the show Fleabag rotted my brain but eun ho became less interesting to me when he gave up his dream. no line exchanged between the secondary couple in this drama could hit as hard as "It'll pass"

only a few episodes in but the second male lead pisses me off. at first the crush on the female lead was cute but with the constant passive aggression at the male lead it got real old, real fast. can someone tell me if he's like that the whole show so I can just skip his scenes

the phrase "the road to hell is paved with good intentions" exists for a reason. I think her kids trying to protect her in a way that only hurts her further makes sense

Not a kdrama but I still haven't forgiven the writers of Downton Abbey for what they did to Matthew in the 2012 Christmas special. If AOS writers do the same, I am more than capable of holding a 10 year long grudge against them

I was watching this alone and my dad "dad watched" (stood by the door with his hands on his hips while saying "no no it's fine, I'm not watching" for like 5 minutes before actually sitting down to watch the entire series with me. its family friendly and very emotional.

I find it hilarious that some people believe now that the lead characters have slept together that they're not "pure". Like, grow up. Don't like it? Fast forward. Turn the TV off. Get up and make yourself a hot drink. Nobody is forcing you to watch some making out with an ending that insinuates the leads are going to sleep with each other. Grown-ass adults in a committed relationship with each other having sex is the most realistic aspect of this drama.
