Don't be put off by comments that fl in MMH is going to slow where the fl in PMR started her revenge pretty much straight away,, in PMR the fl only had 1 year to get her revenge so really had no choice but to start straight away in MMH the fl has 10 years so can take her time and plan carefully. Having said all that PMR is an awesome show as well i think you'll enjoy it.

According to previous comments from people who have read either the webtoon or the novel it is detected early and successfully treated so hopefully they stick with that.
Just my opinion and could be wrong but i think it's detected early because Ji Won knows the signs and symptoms and tells her to get checked out....
