Nothing would surprise me but if she did DY would wait like a faithful little puppy dog and the final scene would show JI and DY exchanging wedding rings with the Kopiko name on them (on the inside instead of their initials and wedding date) and a miniature Kopiko (fake of course) candy instead of a diamond on JI's ring.

She'll be playing that when she arrives in hell...

JI did say she was going to investigated for tax evasion because she was signing papers left, right and center as the gallery director with out even reading (and probably not understanding them either, she's not the brightest flame in the fire) so punishment should be coming her way.

I agree the doc told him it was to late for surgery or chemo so if it's the same there as here all they can do is give meds for pain relief.

This is a revenge drama so romance dosn't figure highly in it, but there is one "side couple" who have registered their marriage and hint's that there could be at least two more.

If you want romance this isn't the show for you but if you want revenge with a side dish of romance then give it a go, it is really worth watching if thats what your after..
