Been wondering about that myself unless JB got his company lawyer to notarise it there could (will) be difficulties ahead, When i got 1 done before i had my major surgery both myself and my daughter had to be at the lawyers office and not only my lawyer but another from the company had to witness us both signing it at the same time for it to be legal.

No he didn't, I'm guessing it would be like the Chu A situation, even though the Jin family settled, that just meant the Pi's would take no further action, Chu A still broke the law and had to face the consequences of that. Everything thing Nam Jin did was told to the police officers so they normally would file charges for theft, fraud or perjury (whichever it would be for lying in divorce court) and what ever else they can think of, him giving Seon Ju what was left of the money and her signing the "receipt" (still think thats going to come back and bite her somehow) just means she won't take any further action dosn't mean the law won't.
The ending was as expected, the only thing that annoyed me was HaNa going into labor and everybody just sitting there wondering what to do.
I mean i might be a dumb male but even i would of instantly thought lets get her on the way to the hospital, or if it's a home birth get the midwife organized and on her way with her team.
