the character of SML in this Chinese drama is like EREN of ATTACK OF TITAN because he will become villain in the last part of novel but not evil, he will die but his intention is for the most people in all realms.

That's where I was surprised too. I currently watching Guardian of Dafeng and now Moonlight Mystique and compare it to this drama..... in my opinion, I'm not expert....this drama deserves at least an 8.5 ratings so far.

I think guys MDL is bias for THE BLOSSOMING LOVE for 8.1 ratings even this drama is great.... I can't really believe MOONLIGHT MYSTIQUE ratings is 9 already...I'm a fan of Bailu and Dylan Wang but sorry to say THE BLOSSOMING LOVE is better so far compare to that 2 HIGH BUDGET DRAMA...

Actually XXC is like Tantai Jin they both evil in the past life. And both fated for their FL....Nan Xu Yue is different, He will become villain and die in the end but not evil, He only wanted is to stop chaos in all realms...But sadly he will have sad ending in novel, but his character in the story is the best for me because he is contented to secretly help so many times the girl without knowing her, He has always a big respect to XXC and the last he only want to stop all chaos in all realm.

it is only one of many translation, but according to my Chinese friend this translation is not exactly or accurate to actual the novel but all content in this translation is actual happen or occur in Novel like the happy ending of ML and FL And the sad or tragic ending of 2nd Male Lead.

why is still 8.1 ratings? oh know give a justice rating on this drama guys. This is not the best drama i watched but they deserve a better rating. Of course there is still room for improvement, but in general, the plot is logical and coherent, and additionally is enjoyable to watch.

100% the story is worth your time

He became villain not for the girl, His intention is to kill all selfish who like to own the divine artifacts that cause chaos in realm or world. It is true that he cares the girl, but he has big respect to ML and consider him as friend always. Actually, the ML is the evil in past life, the 2nd ML only wants to rescue the girl but not obsessed with her. the problem in the story is that the ML and FL is both destined in both past and present life.
