anyways this feels more romance? focused so far but ig it cant be helped since they did want to emphasize that sanha doesn't really see juwon as his sister so it makes the romance aspect run smoother

while rewatching i noticed more how ling xiao has always liked jianjian, i think for first time viewers like me who didnt really know much of the romance plot would have found it weird when the romance part of the story finally unraveled so i see why people thought it was incestuous when they've been saying again and again theyre siblings but then again ling xiao does repeatedly say they're not siblings

one thing i noticed while rewatching go ahead while waiting for more episodes is that they call them dad like li ba or ling ba but here they call one dad and the other ahjussi, i wish they stuck with the og cause its such a cute detail but ig it makes sense not to since the direction they're heading in is making the setting less incestuous? by having sanha say they're not real siblings this early on and also how much more obvious he's always liked juwon

i mean tbf in the og you can see that ling xiao has always liked jianjian but yeah the way they're playing out their romance is much better here especially with how seoul isnt that far away unless sanha goes to japan?

even if you havent watched go ahead this is just as good imo, especially if you want something with a faster pace

glad there seems to be no love triangle? i always thought it was a little weird how her basically adopted brother confessed even when it turns out he was mistaken about his feelings, ig they tried to make it a funny bit in go ahead but it just wasnt it
