This drama is a good medical drama and feels pretty realistic

Is this drama as good as Golden Time? Golden Time is pretty good I like it. The writer of Golden Time is same with this drama that's why I'm interested in it

This drama is so overrated and overhyped. The story is a mess and so dull. Secret Garden is better than this definitely.
I'm done with this drama, I'm dropping it.
