the last 4 episodes were my fave. no wonder why they decided to release it all at once. i had goosebumps and i've cried so hard for the last episodes
i freaking love how Yifan's personality was very relateble. i don't think she was weak. Yifan is strong to pull herself together despite the fact that her mom, her only family, betrayed her. indeed, she lost her. Yifan always had these doubts and it was veey undeestandable how she always had a feeling, or even a thought that she doesn't deserve all the fancy things Sang Yan did to her.
but, Sang Yan was different. Sang Yan definitely knows what he wants, what he loves, what he deserves. he is a man in principle. he is observant, thoughtful, and someone who yearns a lot. his love didn't change, but kept growing. i freaking love how Sang Yan never hindered Yifan's splotlight. he waited for her ti be ready. i don't think it was a red flag that he let Yifan do the first move.
i don't know how they did the yearning so well that it reflects in their eyes. the brokeness of Yifan's character was very visible in ZRN's acting. i couldn't be more proud of these actors who did so well in their roles. i can really feel the love, the thirst, the yearning, the longing, the awkwardness, the anger in their characters.
i was happy that the show has finally ended. however, it also made me feel empty. i very much anticipated this drama because of the novel. i'm so glad it turned out this good. i'll surely binge-watch this again after my exams.

i'm gonna miss TFF so much. it made me crawl back to cdrama. im gonna miss how it made me feel things and how they bring all the imaginations i had while reading this novel. i'm gonna miss all the interactions i had with you all. i swear im going to rewatch this after exams
kinda hoping that Nanan at Xiaobai will be taking another project together (hoping for that Pinocchio remake to be real 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼)
they really did it so well—the yearning, the gut-wrenching what if's, the pain, the love, the chasing, everything. everyone might say this one's overly used plot, but no one could reslly understand how much they did it so good that everyone got hooked. i dont even think im ever gonna move on with this ☹️
