Hmm could be but those could be tawi's men...there is no reason for them not to be...also Todd said that now white and the gang are gonna be finnally able to get rid of tawi for good so that he can get the power...he won't get anything out of killing the gang or anyone..cuz now we know it's not that he's working FOR tawi but against him it's just that he wants his power and he obvo told this to black beforehand as he said to "OPEN UP TO HIS IDEA OR PLAN"....so him tryna kill the gang makes zero sense to me....i thought it was him as well but he himself said that it's because of white and the gang doing the protests that is gonna potentially lead to tawi getting out and todd can have the power...so tryna kill the only only who make that happen seems unlikely..again JUST A THOUGHT
