I usually tend to prefer korean version of dramas (even if are japanese to attempt a remake) because there is more psychological development. I was used to think that this was due to Korean drama being longer but that's not the case. Can't wait for a season 2 since the ending was rushed and there are a lot of questions to be answered.
Love the cast, and Shin Sung Rok is amazing, but they should get a warning to not watch last minute with him before going to bed, too scary XD

Agree with you. Shin Sung Rok is really amazing and I enjoyed this version more, I think the background story was better and the characters well developed. Hope season 2 will be of the same level, since the ending wa s a bit rushed
I've watched just heirs and secret garden from your list and I totally agree. I even didn't bother to finish heirs. I just think I will skip any Park Shin Hye drama till she willl do something more different and thrilling, then I could give her a second chance.
I agree that romance drama has always kinda the same structure but if the plot is well made it can still be interesting.

Although the plot may not be too appealing this drama is actually turning out to be so good!! From the very first episode it was interesting and I am happy the twist is coming out in the beginning.

To the first problem I think she knows she shouldnt mess a lot with time and she learnt that a lot was her fault and she didnt changed anything. Plus I am sure both 4th adn 13th prince knows, because in the end she already prepared everything for the death of 9th and 8th princes, how could have she known?
About the second, I agree with the love abt her attitude in the beginning (but actually when needed she still was the death seeker sister haha), but I think this change makes the drama more beautiful because more realistic, after all she suffered she couldnt be the same :)

This story has a main love but it's not the first love story she ends up with. But later their story its beautiful, even if sad, but still with its own sweetness. Its one of the best drama I've ever watched, definitely worth it.
Scandal sounds like an interesting drama, but I have fallen in love with Knife and flower main poster, I would watch it just for that (but storyline and list of actor/actress sounds good too.)
