Sometimes people come to Not me expecting something like fluffy cute school thing which is common for BL. BL drama sometimes is just about BL and that all. or expecting another Theory of love. Not me is in category of its own with BL being their just addition to complex plot. Offgun in Not me is also different. So here dropped people.

This drama is still hold me tight even now. Masterpiece that I would recommend again and again. The plot, the story telling, the acting. So dear to me that I would love it forever.

To be honest I would agree with you 100%. There was so many nice stories recently that these school crush typical plots are bit boring. It is watchable but you just cannot stop wanting for more - like Not Me, or like Triage, or even the eight sense. To be honest I enjoyed more Be my favorite because it had this return in time aspect. I wanted to see OffGun in something cool mystical. Cooking crush is cute but just a bit too ordinary. It is good but would never be on my top.

Novel is the best. Compare to many people here I have everything backwards I watched anime first, then I read the novel and only after it I started watching the drama. So novel is 10 out 10 - unforgettable masterpiece, the drama saved by insane chemistry between WY and XZ. I finished the drama only because of these two actors, storyline was so damaged to me that I just skipped everything else.

I would never agree with you, the novel is beautiful masterpiece, re read it hundreds times now. The show is bit damaged by censorship so better watch this one first I had it other way around and show really disappointed me as I was expecting it to be the same as novel.

Everyone have their likes and dislikes but this one is not about flirting sorry. this is ultimate love story. The novel and manhwa have more explicit scenes but we probably should not downgrade such a masterpiece to just wo guys flirting with each other - it is kind of insulting.

Of course there always a combinations but sometimes you just hook up because of the lead actor or chemistry between actors or something else for example for me Doom at Your Service would be the one, it was a bit too long, it had some gaps here and there extremely weak second couple but omg Seo In-guk, his portrayal of Doom was amazing. He just brought so much in this role that everything went minor. I really wanted to see good Demon drama but this one is extremely disappointed nothing would fix it.

Yeah, here I am wondering why this drama scored so high, nothing there catch me in. I liked the actor who plays ML in Weather etc. and Nevertheless but this role he did not bring anything to the table accept his pretty face, nothing at all, this was so one dimensional. it was so weak that I started skipping after ep1.

Yeah, it what I thought as well. I could not see FL and ML in first season as couple at all, there was nothing there for me but I loved the chemistry between actors in season 2.

I just loved it, because chen yi & ai di are just too cute, i love this couple so much that plot, storytelling and etc. went minor for me. I would agree with some comments that first couple was a bit flat, not too sure about them at all. Anyone who is watching this with expectations being similar to Not Me or KinnPorsche, they would be disappointed. However I personally loved it a lot and going to rewatch.

I like a lot about it, strong female lead and character development, great love story - no annoying betrayal, love triangles and etc. I laugh a lot as well, many funny moments and Wang Yibo is such candy to eye.
